Friends of the Somers Library

   We believe:
    That a library is at the heart of our culture.
    That a library is something our children should know and use now and in the future.
    That a library is an unending source of knowledge and pleasure for countless adults in our region.
    That our library deserves your support.

Our challenge... is to create programs that keep in step with the library's growth.
We meet this challenge by soliciting the support of library patrons & by providing volunteers who together help the library to operate at top efficiency.

Our newest challenge... asking for your time, help and financial support. Now that the use of the library is expanding, the need for the Friends' programs and your support of the library is greater than ever.

To become a member of the Friends organization, please call the library at (914) 232-5717 or stop by the library for your membership application. Annual dues are only $20.
